煅烧煤系高岭土粒度分布的分形特征

摘    要:通过分析煤系高岭土及其煅烧产物的粒度,得出:煤系高岭土的粒度分布具有分形规律,同时发现煤系高岭土的普度变化包括膨胀阶段和收缩阶段,并且与高岭土的结构变化相关,计算不同煅烧温度的煅烧产物的粒度分布分维数,并得出分维数与煅烧的关系曲线,由此关系曲线可较容易地确定出煤系高岭土的煅烧温度。

Abstract:The particle size of coal series kaolinite and its calcined products were measured and the results showed that the particle size distributions of these samples have fractal structure It is also found that the change of particle size of coal series kaolinite includes two stages-expansion and shrink stages-which is corresponded to the change of crystal structure of coal series kaolinite during calcination And then, relationship of calcination temperature with fractal dimension was established A new method for estimating the calcination temperature of a calcined product from coal series kaolinite was developed by using this relationship
