| 摘 要： | 以安徽师范大学旅游管理本科生为调研对象,通过分组比较探讨了实习对旅游管理本科生择业感知的影响.分析发现,实习后同学的择业偏向理性、面向现实、更重视物质待遇,这要求学校在坚持饭店实习的同时,拓展实习渠道、修正行业认知并增强教学质量.

| Abstract: | Taking tourism management undergraduates in Anhui Normal University as survey objects,the article,through group comparison,analyzes hotel internship’s influence on the respondents’ perception of employment seeking.The result reveals that undergraduates after practice tend to be rational,reality-oriented,and pay more attention to the material benefits.Therefore,it is necessary to insist on hotel internship,meanwhile extending internship channels,adjusting students’ recognition of tourism industry and enhancing the quality of teaching. |
