摘    要:为了研究双层药型罩形成的串联EFP,设计了4种不同材料组合的双层药型罩,利用X光获得了串联EFP形成过程的照片,并开展了相应的数值模拟。发现具有合适结构和药型罩材料的双层药型罩可以形成串联聚能侵彻体,药型罩材料组合和起爆位置对串联聚能侵彻体的形成具有较大的影响。

Abstract:To explore the formation mechanism of tandem EFP,experimental and numerical studies on the formation process of shaped charge with double layer liners(SCDLL) into tandem EFP were presented.Four test samples with different materials were designed.The samples were experimentally tested to get X-ray images.Numerical simulations were then performed for the test samples using AUTODYN-2D.Based on the experimental and numerical investigations,analysis was made to find the key factors which influence the formation process of SCDLL.It is found that SCDLL can always be separated into two projectiles with certain configuration and liner materials.The combination of liner material and the ignition position have great influence on the formation of tandem EFP.
