摘    要:基于矿井生产环境,构建了相应的物理模型、数学模型,进行了数值模拟。模拟过程中,考虑了化 学反应,将爆炸热力学过程和基元反应耦合,采用TVD格式进行数值离散。结果揭示巷道中设置1~3辆矿 车时,瓦斯爆炸冲击波及其火焰波的结构和参数变化特征。数值模拟与实验结果对比分析表明,单一矿车和 多辆矿车在激励效应存在明显不同,矿车数量增加,激励效应更加显著。

Abstract:Tramcars are used as transport equipment,especially in the central area of a mine.As obstacles in the cloud of pre-mixed gas,they produce stimulating effect during the methane explosion accidents in coal mining.Based on conditions of coal mining process,a set of models is built for the numerical simulation.The chemical reaction mechanism,thermodynamics of explosion and elementary reaction are taken into consideration in the simulation.The TVD scheme is used for numerical discretization.The result shows the changes of shock wave and fire flame because of the influence of 1 to 3 tramcars.By comparison with previous experimental results,the conclusion is that the stimulating effect will be enhanced with the increase of the number of tramcars.The result will be helpful for the gas explosion prevention,emergency response and rescue,and incident investigation in coal mines.
