带有附加环的冷却塔施工和运行时的应力分析

针对国家“九五”重点建设项目——某发电厂工程 ,冷却塔的新的设计和施工方法中提出的应力分析问题 ,提出了相应的数学和力学模型并提供了计算实例。用双三次不等距的脉冲函数来模拟集中力 ,解决了旋转壳内附加环这一新设计的力学问题 ;用脉冲函数的高阶傅立叶展开 ,解决了施工中附加载荷的存在对局部应力分布影响的实际工程问题 ;采用混凝土龄期弹性模量数据库的方法 ,解决了施工期间冷却塔的应力分析。工程实例的数值分析表明 ,提供的理论分析和计算方法所具有的可靠性 ,对其他类似应力分析问题也是适用的。

Stress Analysis for the Cooling Tower with a Circular Beam in Construction and Run

In view of key construction project in the 9th five year plan,for the sake of making the stress analysis for a cooling tower construction,a mathematical and mechanical model is presented,some calculating examples are introduced.In this paper,a simulation of the fixated by pulse function is used;the local stress influence is solved by high harmonic Fourier expansion of pulse function;by using database technology the elastieity at the different ages for the concrete is calculated.The theory analysis and calculating methods for the revolution shell also applicable are for solving other resemble engineering problems.
