| 摘 要： | 如同经济全球化一样,跨国公司R&D的全球化同样是一把双刃剑。跨国公司R&D的全球化,一方面为发展中国家和地区技术创新系统的提升提供了跨越发展的机遇,另一方面也为东道国的企业和国家创新体制提出了严峻的挑战。如何趋利避害、化压力为动力,如何在跨国公司R&D全球化中掌握主动,是各国各地区政府普遍关注的问题。

| Abstract: | As the economic globalization,the globalization of TNC R&D is also a double-edged sword.TNC R&D,on one hand,provides an opportunity of development by leaps and bounds to the upgrade of the technological innovation and globalization for developing countries,but,on the other hand,it also posed a severe challenge to the enterprises and national innovation system of the host country.How to rurn bad to good,how to rurn pressure into impetus,how to seize the initiative in a multinational R&D globalization,are the common concerned issues of the countries or regional governments. |
