| Abstract: | Along with the transformation of traditional telecommunication operators and the convergence of services, telecom operators prefer choosing NGN network platform of standardization, openness and high availability, with IMS at the core. As a new generation of computer platform standards which could ensure platforms reliability and stability, ACTA has been paid more attentions and is expected to be widely applied in next generation communication technologies. |
