新型壳聚糖液相色谱填料及其在生物分子分离中的应用

摘    要:研制了壳聚糖键合硅胶和壳聚糖涂层交联硅胶填料。考察了这两种液相色谱填料对几种小肽、蛋白质和单糖的色谱保留行为。发现它们对小肽有一定的分离能力,在蛋白质的分离中有一定特色,但对单糖的保留不大。

Abstract:he preparation of chitosan-bonded and chitosan-coated HPLC packings and their applications to the sepa-ration of small peptides,proteins and sugars were reported in the paper.Under isocratic elution,the effectsof mobile phase parameters,such as,pH value and concentration of salts[(NH _4)_2SO_4] on the elution of pro-teins were examined.The results showed that the chitosan-bonded pack ing gives a good resolution for thepeptides and both chitosan-silica packings exhibit a certain feature for protein retentions,but they have lessseparation ability for sugars.
