牛大力研究概况

牛大力为豆科崖豆藤属植物美丽崖豆藤(Millettia speciosa Champ.)的根,主要化学成分为生物碱、香豆素和糖类,具有保肝,祛痰、镇咳、平喘,提高免疫功能等作用。牛大力可以通过组织培养方式进行生产,最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.5mg/L+IAA 0.5mg/L。目前牛大力的质量标准和药效学方面的研究还不够深入,建议进一步加强研究。
