脂质体中竹红菌乙素光谱特征和荧光环境效应

摘    要:竹红菌乙素(HB)是一种新型的茈琨类光疗药物,临床研究表明对一些皮肤疾病和微血管疾病有很好疗效。HB的水溶性差,采用具有两亲性质的脂质体将HB分子进行包装,使药物与血液相容可以实现药物的可控释放和靶向给药。本文报导了HB被脂质体包裹后在脂双层中的光谱特征和荧光光谱的环境效应。

Abstract:The absorption spectra of Hypocrellin B in liposome remains its initial character,but it causes a redshift.The concentration of the enveloped HB,pH and the materials enveloped HB play an important role for changes of the fluorescence emission spectrums of HB in liposomes.The fluorescence emission spectrum of HB in liposomes varies little in the spectral shape,but the maximum emission peak of HB decreases drastically in liposomes.In addition,it was found that HB can act as a new kind of fluorescence probes to study the multi-environment of micellar and biological macromolecular systems.
