| Abstract: | In the paper, we introduce the application and development of cryogenic refrigeration in optoelectronic technology. The features of several kind of cryocoolers used in the optoelectronic devices are described. On the demand of optoelectronic devices, the prospect for developing cryocoolers in China is given out. |
