新墙河区草本植物重金属含量的测定

摘    要:用HNO3∶HClO4=4∶1(V/V)混酸消解草本植物后,采用原子吸收光谱(AAS)法测定样品中铅、砷、镉、铜、锌。结果表明:方法加标回收率94.7%~100.3%,相对标准偏差0.8%~8.7%。草本植物各不同部分重金属含量有所不同;新墙河流域草本植物重金属含量相对偏高,新墙河的一条支流油港河比另一条支流沙港河重金属污染严重,是新墙河的主要污染来源。该法用于草本植物重金属含量的测定快速、灵敏、重现性好。

Abstract:Lead, arsence, caclmium, copper and zinc in herbs are determined by atomic absorption spectrometry after digesting the herbs samples with mixed acid (HNO_3:HClO_4=4:1,V/V). The results showed that the average recoveries for these heavy metals are in the range of 94.7%~100.3% with RSDs in the range of 0.8%~8.7%. The content of heavy metals was different in different parts of the herbs. The content of heavy metals is relatively high in herbs in the Xinqiang river. The heavy metal pollution in Yougang river, which is one of the tributaries of Xinqing river, is more serious than that in another tributary, Shagang river. Yougang river is the main source of pollution of Xinqiang river. The method has the advantages of rapidity, sensitivity and good repeatability for determination of heavy metals in herbs.
