Imaging of metal sabsurface defects with photothermal beam deflection technique |

| Abstract: | Experimental system and results on imaging metal of subsurface defect with photothermal deflection(i.e. marage effect) technique are presented. Experimental results show this technique has great potentialities in non-contact imaging of the subsurface-structure of materials. |
