共轭聚合物光电探测器研究进展

Abstract:Compared with traditional inorganic semiconductor materials, organic conjugated polymer semiconductors have the advantages of highly adjustable response spectrum, light quality, large-scale fabrication, and compatibility with flexible substrates. They can be used as photoactive layers and show great potential in the application of next-generation wearable photodetectors. Depending on the diverse structural design, the conjugated polymers possess unique optoelectronic abilities and solution-processable property, which can be facilely tuned with different molecular units. This article briefly introduces the working principle of the photodetector and its related important parameters. According to the different structural characteristics of the polymeric backbone, we review and analyze the latest research progress of organic conjugated polymer materials in photodetection applications based on thestructure-function relationship and device configuration. Finally, the current issues and perspective are prospected for promoting the further development of conjugated polymer photodetectors.
