论我国小额诉讼程序的构建

在现代社会生活中，广泛存在小额纠纷。对于这类纠纷，当事人能否较方便地诉诸法院，以低成本、高效率地实现自己的权利，已成为法治国家的迫切要求。在实施依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的今天，我国有必要构建小额诉讼程序，以充分保障公民诉讼权，实现司法改革目标。

On the Procedural Formation of China's Small Amount of Lawsuit

There exist extensively small amount of disputes in contemporary social life.For the disputes it has become an urgent need of a state with an adequate legal system whether a litigant can file a plaint at court more easily to realize his or her own rights with low cost and high efficiency.At present in order to build a country under the rule of law and run the country well according to laws,it is imperative to form the procedure of small amount of lawsuit so as to fully guarantee citizens' procedural right and achieve the goal of judicial reform.
