| 摘 要： | Avermectins是目前最有效的抗动物体内、外及植物体表寄生虫的抗生素，为十六元大环内酯类物质。由链霉菌Streptomyces avermitilis产生，为胞内产物。本研究avermectins产生菌的最佳培养条件，较适培养基配方的选择。以野生型PA-12804为出发菌，选择最佳碳源——小麦粉及最佳氮源——黄豆粉，设计发酵单位较高的培养基LE，测得最佳发酵时间为96h，发酵培养基最佳初始pH值为7.4等进行了研究，以便对该产生菌的开发提供依据。

| Abstract: | Avermectins,a group of intracellular secondary metabolites with 16-membered macrocyclic latones produced by Streptomyces avermitilis,are the most potent endo and ectoparasiticide for animals and the most powerful insectcide known for plants.The major objective of this dissertation is to study the optimum culture conditions of S.avermitilis.to select an optimum culture medium and to screen high-yield strains with mutagen. In this study the selected optimum carbon source and nitrogen source for PA-12804.the wild type,are wheat flour and soybean meal.The higher-yield culture medium designed is LE and its optimumpH is 7.4. |
