一种提高透射式GaAs光电阴极响应速度的方案

摘    要:本文提出了一种可提高透射式GaAs光电阴极响应速度的阴极结构方案,并对这种结构的透射式GaAs光电阴极在电场作用下的响应时间进行了理论计算。计算结果表明,这种结构可便透射式GaAs光电阴极的响应时间由1ns左右减少到几个或几十个ps。

Abstract:A structure which can raise the response speed of transmission-mode GaAs photoca-thodes has been proposed, and the response time of this structure under the electric field has been calculated theoretically. The results show that the response time of the photocathodes with this structure can decrease from about 1 ns to few ps.
