盐碱胁迫对虉草幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:用盆栽试验方法对2种虉草茎节扦插幼苗进行了4种盐和3个不同盐度的胁迫处理,研究虉草幼苗对盐碱胁迫的生理响应特性.结果表明,随盐浓度增加,虉草叶片的电解质外渗率和脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势,可溶性糖含量变化为先降后升.盐浓度在100mmol/L以下时对幼苗的伤害较轻,叶片电解质外渗率和脯氨酸含量变化不明显.当盐浓度达到150mmol/L以上时,碱胁迫(A组)使电解质外渗率和脯氨酸含量明显增加,而盐胁迫(B组)处理中川虉草3号虉草的电解质外渗率和脯氨酸含量增长幅度明显高于新品系虉草.

Abstract:The physiological response characteristics of two reed canarygrass eustipes cutting seedlings to saline-alkali stress were studied in four salts treats and three different salt concentration by pot experiment. The results showed that the electrolyte leakage and proline content of reed canarygrass leaves had the increasing tendency with the increase of salt concentration,whereas the change of soluble sugar was fall first then rise.
