| Abstract: | Methotrexate (N10-methyl-4-aminofolic acid) has been determined by HPLC after oxidizing it with permanganate to a fluorogenic derivative. The detection limit has been 0.01  g/ml. The method has been applied for the determination of methotrexate in blood serum of rats. |
