摘    要:根据EDTA一步法处理虾壳制备甲壳素工艺中EDTA过量的特点,每间隔一定时间吸取适量反应液,加入K-B指示剂,用0.02mol/L Ca2 标准溶液,在pH10条件下返滴定反应体系中剩余的EDTA,建立了对该工艺过程脱钙率的监测方法。该方法简单、快速、共存的蛋白质无干扰,加标回收率为99.9%。

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of excess EDTA in the preparation of chitin from single-stage reaction of EDTA to shrimp shell. The method for monitoring decalcify rate of the shell in the course of the reaction was established. The reaction liquid was taken just the right amount at regular intervals and then back titration method was used for titrating the residual EDTA in the liquid with K-B reagent indicator at pH 10 by 0.02 mol/L Ca2 standard solution. The method was simple, rapid and no interference of the coexistence shell protein, and recovery of standard addition was 99.9%.
