Abstract: | Hollow LiNiO2 fibers have been prepared with a capillary spinneret electrospinning technique combined with the sol–gel method, and the possible mechanism for the fabrication of the hollow fibers was discussed. The xerogel fibers and those calcined at different temperatures were characterized by thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, X-ray diffractometry (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrum, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and etc. The Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone (PVP) has an important role in the formation of hollow LiNiO2 fibers. |
