摘    要:在影响国际活动管理进程的诸多文化因素中,饮食可谓最为基本的因素之一,也可能是最为重要的因素之一。在国际活动中,饮食不仅作为最常见的组成部分之一,也经常作为代表性的文化因素为活动增添吸引力。若使用得当,可帮助国际活动获得成功;反之,亦可破坏整个活动进程。本文从饮食这一文化因素的重要性入手,分析国际活动管理中对这一因素的管理重点,并提出建议。

Abstract:Among the cultural dimensions that have impact on the managing process of international events, food and beverage are the most basic ones, and maybe the most important ones. These two dimensions not only are the most frequent components but also can be the representative attractiveness of an international event. With proper use, they can bring the event to a brilliant success; however, they can also ruin the whole event for being inappropriately used. This paper starts with the importance of these dimensions, analysing the key considerations in international events and offering recommendations.
