新冠疫情后浙江省服务贸易空间结构解析

服务贸易正在成为全球自由贸易的重点和焦点, 受疫情影响, 传统服务贸易更面临着转型与重构. 以2020年疫情初期发展阶段为参照, 采用区位熵值法测算浙江省与京、沪、广、深四大城市在三大产业上的发展差异, 以服务业区位熵值对浙江省内10个地级市进行产业空间结构分析. 结果表明: (1)浙江省第三产业发展水平较发达地区仍存在一定差距, 产业数字化为服务贸易转型升级提供新的机遇与挑战. (2)浙北地区数字贸易创新、浙南地区传统服务贸易数字化转型、浙东自由贸易区升级均表现出明显的新兴服务贸易空间集聚态势. (3)疫情后以贸易链衍生策略优化浙江省服务贸易空间结构, 能够为共同富裕示范区建设提供持续健康发展动力.

Analysis of the spatial structure of service trade in Zhejiang Province after the epidemic

Trade in service sectors is becoming the focus especially in global free trade. Affected by the epidemic, the traditional trade in services is facing transformation and restructuring. By employing location entropy method, this paper calculates the development differences between the three industries in Zhejiang and those in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and conducts the industrial spatial structure analysis of 10 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province with the location entropy values of service industry. The results show that (1) There is still a certain gap in the development level of the tertiary industry in Zhejiang Province as compared with that of other areas, and industrial digitalization provides new opportunities and challenges for the transformation and upgrading of service trade. (2) Digital trade innovation in northern Zhejiang, the digital transformation of the traditional service trade in southern Zhejiang, and the upgrading of the free trade area in eastern Zhejiang all show an obvious spatial agglomeration trend of emerging service trade. (3) After the epidemic, the service trade spatial structure of Zhejiang Province is optimized with the trade chain growth strategy, which can provide a sustainable and healthy development impetus for the construction of the common prosperity show-case zone.
