Abstract:To improve the reliability of cable-stayed bridge evaluation, the condition evaluation of cable-stayed bridge considering component correlation was carried out. Firstly, the directed diagram of fault transmission of each component in cable-stayed bridge system was established, and the correlation of each component was analyzed based on Pagerank algorithm to obtain the influencing degree and influenced degree of each component. Secondly, the piecewise linear deduction evaluation criteria of manual inspection indicators were established. For health monitoring indicators, the evaluation criteria of girder deflection and cable force were set according to mechanical model. Finally, considering the failure rate of individual components and the influenced degree of other component faults, a condition evaluation method with component correlation for cable-stayed bridge was proposed. Taking a super long-span steel cable-stayed bridge as an example, the proposed method was compared with the relevant evaluation specifications. The results show the influencing degree and influenced degree of girder alignment, cable force and tower alignment are great, which are important indicators for bridge health monitoring. Girder appearance inspection and bridge bearing have high influenced degree but low influencing degree, which are the fault appearance components. They should be paid attention to in preventive maintenance. The drainage system and electromechanical facilities are the fault source components that have low influenced degree and high influencing degree. They must be kept in good condition. The evaluation method established in this paper has comprehensive indicators and takes into account the correlation of components. Therefore, the evaluation results are more reliable and can provide basis for bridge maintenance decision-making.
