The factory customization production mode of small batch and multi-variety products

This paper proposes a new factory customization production mode to address the problems of small-scale production, insufficient resources, discontinuous production processes and variable planning in the personalized production for workshop-type shops. The platform is composed of three sub-platforms, including user demand collection, production management and intelligent service, which can transform small batch and multi-species orders into large scale customized production tasks through the process of order classification and batch grouping. Finally, the model is validated with the example of spectacles production.
