摘    要:提出采用玻璃纤维取代碳纤维用于小型表贴式永磁电机护套的方案, 为此对一款实际生产中额定功率为11kW、额定转速为6000r?min-1的小型表贴式永磁电机转子的保护工艺进行了研究. 基于有限元法, 采用Ansys软件分别对玻璃纤维无纬带和碳纤维2种护套材料进行转子结构强度和温度场仿真. 结果表明, 碳纤维护套的保护效果优于玻璃纤维护套, 但玻璃纤维护套的散热性好于碳纤维护套, 2种护套均能保证测试电机的结构安全. 基于以上结果并考虑材料成本和工艺难易程度, 认为采用玻璃纤维护套性价比更高.

Abstract:Aiming at using glass fiber to replace carbon fiber for the small surface-mounted permanent magnet motor, this paper takes a practical small surface-mounted permanent magnet motor, with a rated power of 11 kW and a rated speed of 6 000 r?min-1, as an example to study the rotor protection process. Based on the finite element method, the strength and temperature field of the rotor structure with both glass fiber weftless tape and carbon fiber sheath materials are simulated by Ansys. The simulation results show that the protection effect of carbon fiber sheath is better than that of glass fiber sheath, and the heat dissipation of glass fiber sheath is better than that of carbon fiber sheath. Both types of sheath can ensure the structural safety of the tested motor. Considering the above results as well as the differences in material cost and process difficulty, it is concluded that the glass fiber sheath has better cost performance in that it can reduce material cost and simplify production process.
