| 摘 要： | 对锁阳肉质茎的营养成分，过去曾有人只作过零散的报导，且大都无含量数据．本文对不同生育期锁阳肉质茎所含营养成分的种类及含量进行了系统地比较研究，发现锁阳中除含有药用成分外，还含有丰富的还原糖、淀粉、蛋白质、多种氨基酸及微量元素等营养成分．因此，锁阳不仅可以药用，而且具有广阔的开发利用价值．

Study on Dynamics of Nutrients in Different Growth Phase of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. |

| Abstract: | Only a few studies on nutritional components , but also no any content of nutrients ofCynomorium songaricum were reported.In the paper,a systematic study on nutritional componentsand their contents of Cynomorium songarictum was carried. It was found that C. songaricum is richin reducing sugar,starch, protein, amino acids and micro-elements etc. In addition to using it formedicine,there is a broad prospect in exploitation and utilization. |
