微生物燃料电池启动过程中的内阻及电容

摘    要:利用交流阻抗法、极化曲线斜率法和功率密度峰值法研究微生物燃料电池(MFCs)在启动过程中内阻及电容的变化。结果表明:在MFCs启动过程中,交流阻抗法测得的总内阻和活化内阻逐渐变小,阳极电容逐渐增大,较好地反映了产电微生物繁殖以及驯化过程。极化曲线斜率法能够区分活化内阻、欧姆内阻与浓差内阻,但测量值波动较大。功率密度峰值法测得MFCs的内阻数据稳定,对选择MFCs的外接电阻有参考意义。

Abstract:The change of internal resistance and capacitance in microbial fuel cells(MFCs) was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectrosopy(EIS),polarization slope and power density peak method during the start-up period.The results showed that the total resistance and activation resistance reduced while anodic capacitance increased during the start-up period of MFCs,which reflected well the reproduction and domestication of electricigens.Activation resistance,ohmic resistance and concentration resistance were able to be separated by the polarization slope method while the data were unstable.The volumetric power peak method obtained stable values of the MFCs’ intermal resistance which has valuable reference for selecting external resistance in MFCs.
