梁式引线肖特基混频管几何参数优化设计

摘    要:利用CAD技术找出平面结构梁式引线混频管几何图形最佳尺寸,满足在特定条件下管子总电容和总电阴为最小,以提高截止频率改善器件性能.研制出的混频管在35GHz时双边带噪声系数为4.8dB,接近预期结果.

Abstract:To obtain optimum geometry dimensions of beam lead Schottky barrier Mixer diode byusing CAD method based on Pucel models of planar capacitor and Berger models of planarresistor.The total capacitance and total resistance of the diode to be minimuin in order toincrease the cut-off frequency and improve the noise characteristics for a certain condition.The typical value of the DSB noise figure of the mixer diode is 4.8 dB at 35 GHz,which ac-cord with the prospection.
