摘    要:近年来,偏振关联成像受到了研究学者的广泛关注,其在目标探测、特征提取等领域有着一定的应用价值。全Stokes偏振关联成像系统可以获得目标的多个偏振态图像,利用这些图像可分别从不同的角度分析目标的本征偏振信息,但是这些图像之间具有很强的互补性和冗余性。为此将HSL-RGB图像融合技术应用于偏振关联成像系统中,将系统获取的多个偏振图像进行有效地融合,来全面描述目标结构,提高目标探测识别效能。实验结果表明该融合技术在提高偏振关联成像系统识别和探测性能上效果显著。

Application of image fusion in polarization correlated imaging

Abstract:In recent years, polarization correlated imaging has been widely studied by researchers. It has great practical value in the field of target detection and feature extraction. A full Stokes polarization correlated imaging system can obtain multiple polarized images of the target. Using these images, the intrinsic polarization information of the target can be analyzed from different views. However, there is a strong complementarity and redundancy between these images. Therefore, HSL-RGB image fusion technology was applied to this system. The number of polarized images acquired by the system was effectively merged to comprehensively describe the target structure and improve the target detection and recognition efficiency. The experimental results confirm that the fusion technique is effective in improving the recognition and detection performance of polarization correlated imaging system.
