摘    要:针对动态负荷电流游程长度特性对电能表误差影响的问题,首先重点分析了典型动态负荷信号的随机波动时变特性,据此建立动态负荷信号的非平稳调制模型;其次通过模型分解研究动态负荷电流信号的游程特性,建立智能电能表各单元的动态模型,采用典型游程长度信号作为仿真测试信号,仿真分析了负荷典型电流游程长度特性对电能表动态误差的影响;最后采用具有典型游程长度特性的二进制通断键控(OOK)动态测试信号进行实验验证。实验结果表明,动态负荷电流游程长度特性是导致智能电能表动态误差的重要因素。

Abstract:The random fluctuation time-varying characteristics of typical dynamic load signals have been analyzed, and based on the results a non-stationary modulation model of the dynamic load signal has been established. The run-length characteristics of a dynamic load current signal were then clarified by model decomposition. Dynamic models of each unit in a smart meter were established, and the actual run-length signals used as test signal model to analyze the influence of typical run-length characteristics from a dynamic load current on the dynamic errors of smart meters. Finally, an OOK dynamic test signal with typical run-length characteristics was used for experimental verification. The experimental results show that the run-length characteristics of a dynamic load fundamental current is the most important factor leading to dynamic errors in smart electricity meters.
