| 摘 要： | 教学评价是教学管理过程中的重要环节，从教务管理系统数据库存储的大量数据中找出数据间的关系是当前教学管理的关键．本文以SQLServer2005为平台，采用Microsoft决策树算法对枣庄学院教务管理系统中的数据进行挖掘分析，找出教师本身素质与教学评价之间的内在关系．

| Abstract: | Teaching assessment is the very important sector for teaching management, it is crucial to reveal the relationship of the data drawn from the database of the college educational administration system so as to improve the teaching management. In this paper,it deeply analysises the datas in the educational administration system database of zaozhuang university and finds in- trinsic relation between nature of teacher and teaching assessment make use of the Microsoft decision tree algorithm on SQL Server 2005. |
