摘    要:建立RP-HPLC法测定氯霉素固体脂质纳米粒含量.采用Hypersil ODS C18(4.6mm× 200mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.34%磷酸二氢钾水溶液(45∶55,V/V),检测波长273nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃.结果表明在2-20μg/mL范围内,氯霉素线性良好(n=6,r=0.9...

Abstract:A RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of chloramphenicol in solid lipid nanoparticles was developed.Hypersil ODS C18(4.6mm×200nm,5μm) at 30℃ was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.34 % KH2PO4(45:55,V/V) with a flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was 273nm.The correlation curves of chloramphenicol was linear in the range of 2—20μg/mL(n=6,r=0.9999),with average recovery of 100.1%,RSD of 0.18%.The method is sensitive,rapid and accurate for determination of chloramphenicol in solid lipid nanoparticles.
