| Abstract: | A RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of chloramphenicol in solid lipid nanoparticles was developed.Hypersil ODS C18（4.6mm×200nm,5μm） at 30℃ was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.34 % KH2PO4（45：55,V/V） with a flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was 273nm.The correlation curves of chloramphenicol was linear in the range of 2—20μg/mL（n=6,r=0.9999）,with average recovery of 100.1%,RSD of 0.18%.The method is sensitive,rapid and accurate for determination of chloramphenicol in solid lipid nanoparticles. |
