潜艇光电桅杆升降装置用导流罩制造技术研究

摘    要:潜艇升降装置技术随着潜艇总体技术和观通设备技术的发展而发展,经历了圆柱式升降装置和导流罩式升降装置的发展过程。简要介绍了导流罩式升降装置中关键部件下导流罩制造中采用的分块设计方案、组合成型工艺、制造导流罩专用的复合材料与防雷达铺层,其应用突破了导流罩制造技术中的瓶颈,为我国潜用光电装备的研发奠定了基础。

Abstract:Submarine hoisting unit develops with the development of submarine general technology and observation & communication technology. It has experienced the developing process of column hoisting unit and fairing elevating unit. The subsection design method used in lower fairing as the key part of elevating unit with fairing is briefly introduced. Combination molding technique and compound material & radar-proof layer special for fairing manufacture are also described. The success of technology is the breakthrough in the manufacture of fairing.
