摆线等距曲线蜗杆传动

摘    要:摆线等距曲线蜗轩是一种新型的蜗杆传动。在主平面内,蜗杆的齿形为摆线的等距曲线,而与蜗杆相啮合的蜗轮则为内摆线等距曲线。本蜗杆传动具有以下三个基本特征:①双接线,②凹凸形,③包油腔。本蜗杆传动可利用现成的摆线齿轮滚刀切削蜗轮,具有效率高,承载能力大和成本低等优点。本文阐明了提出这种蜗杆的理论依据。

Abstract:The cycloidal equidistant-curve worm gearset is the new type of worm and worm gear transmission equipment. In the main plane, the tooth profiles of worm are equidistant involute curves, but the tooth profiles of the mating worm gear are the hypocycloidal equidistant-curves. This type of worm and worm gear transmission has three fundamental charac.teristics as following: (1) Double cycloidal curves, (2) Concave and convex shape, (3) an oil cavity. For this type of worm and worm gear transmission, the general cycloidal gear hob may be used to generate the worm gear teeth. It has advantages of high efficiency, large load capacity and low cost, etc.
