| 摘 要： | 胶辊是牵伸装置的关键元件之一， 其性能的好坏直接影响成纱质量。本文通过对武汉裕大华集团的ＦＡ５０３ 细纱机进行实际测试，采用对比的方法，比较了不同硬度、磨砺精度、表面处理方式的胶辊的实际纺纱性能结果，分析了不同的胶辊硬度、磨砺精度、化学涂料对纱线质量的影响，并探讨软胶辊改善纱线质量的机理。

| Abstract: | The top roller is one of the most key elements in draft arrangements, whose properties affect yarn quality direactly. The paper has compared the practical spinning property results of different stiffness, grinding precision, and surface treatment, by practically testing FA503 spinning frame of Wuhan Yudahua Incorporated Company, and analysed their effects on yarn quality, And finally the mechanism of soft top roller improving yarn quality as well has been discussed. |
