Mundel-Flemming Model and China's Macro-economic Policy

Mundel-Flemming model,which is a tool for analyzing and researching the validity of macro-economic policy under different exchange rate systems,points out that the effect of the macro-economic policy is closely associated with the flow degree of the international capital and the exchange rate system.With the gradual increase of the economic opening of our country,studying on the application of this mode in China has more important theoretical and realistic significance.Based on the above statement,this paper probes into the reasons why the effect of the macro-economic policy is not remarkable in our country,which provides a better theoretical foundation for the establishment of the macro-economic policy in China.
