| 摘 要： | 为了解青海省湟源县巴燕镇人群氟斑牙患病情况及其影响因素,对该镇随机抽取的8个自然村475名19~82岁的居民进行了氟斑牙患病情况及影响因素的调查。结果表明,当地氟斑牙患病率达36.4%,患病率随年龄增长而增加(r=0.145,P0.05,经趋势检验2χ=8.505,P0.05)、随文化程度的降低而增加(r=0.276,P0.05,经趋势检验2χ=39.045,P0.05),随年人均收入的降低而增高(r=0.321,P0.05,经趋势检验2χ=35.818,P0.05)。该镇氟斑牙患病率为36.4%低于2003年大通县北川地区氟斑牙患病率(54.68%),年龄、文化程度、经济状况等是该地区氟斑牙的影响因素。
