| 摘 要： | 以金红石为原料 ,金属铝作还原剂合成氮化钛 ,以X射线衍射、热分析等方法进行测定 ,结果表明该法合成得到的氮化钛纯度较高 ,经济可行。

| Abstract: | A simple method of preparation of TiN powder is reported based on nitridation of rutile with metalic aluminum as a reducer. The characters of the nitridation product were determined by X _ ray diffraction, thermal analysis and hardness measument. The results showed that the proposed method obtained a higher purity of titanium nitride and had economic rationality. |
