摘    要:本文构建了一种新型多壁碳纳米管/壳聚糖/离子液体修饰电极.研究了支持电解质、酸度和扫描速度等因素对对苯二酚伏安响应的影响,获得了较优的实验条件.在0.1 mol/L pH=6.8磷酸盐缓冲溶液中测定对苯二酚,其氧化峰电流与对苯二酚浓度在8.0×10~(-7)~1.0×10~(-4) mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为7.9×10~(-8) mol/L.该电极对对苯二酚有较高的选择性,可直接测量对苯二酚,结果满意.

Abstract:A novel multi-walled carbon nanotubes/chitosan/ ionic liquids (BDmim]PF6) modified electrode was constructed. The influences of the type of electrolyte, the acidity of the supporting solution and the scan rates on the voltammetric behaviors of hydroquinone(HQ) were also studied to obtain optimum conditions for detecting HQ. In 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH=6.8), the oxidation peak current of HQ was increased linearly with the concentration in the range of 8.0×10~(-7)~1.0×10~(-4) mol/L with the detection limit of 7.9×10~(-8) mol/L. It was found that all the studied coexisting substances, especially phenolic compounds, could be tolerated in considerable amounts. The proposed method was successfully used for direct determining trace amounts of HQ in practical environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
