| 摘 要： | d-生物素(d-Biotin)又称维生素H、辅酶R,其已广泛应用于医药、家禽、家畜的营养和饲料添加剂方面1-4].目前比较权威的质量标准是欧洲药典5],其在美国药典6]的基础上提出了5个有关物质(杂质A,B,C,D,E)的TLC控制.

| Abstract: | Three new impurities of d-Biotin were synthesized:(2S,3S,4S)-5-(3,4-diamino-tetrahydro-thiophen-2-yl)-pentanoic acid,(3aS,4S,6aR)-hexahydro-1-thia-3,4a-diaza-cyclopenta inden-4-one and(3aS,4S,6aR)-4-(5'-Oxo-hexyl)-tetrahydro-thieno-imidazol-2-one.Structures of target compounds were confirmed by NMR and so on.Our work further improved the research on the impurities of d-biotin,and can be applied to the quality control and quality assurance of d-biotin. |
