Abstract:Based on the unitized emergency management mechanism for urban seismic disaster, it analysed the data requirements of the emergency management systems. For integrating the multiple-source and heterogeneous data, it proposed a framework for data integration based on Service GIS, and then described the concept, construction and process technologies in details. The architecture integrated the data and functions of some existing systems and new business data of earthquake emergency command, then the service layer encapsulated these reusable Web service for application layer. Finally, by using the Web Services technology to achieve the prototype system, it proves that the Services GIS technology is feasible and effective for multi-source heterogeneous data integration solution.
