微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定三醋酸纤维素中铜和铁的含量

摘    要:在150℃、800W的消解条件下,用硝酸对三醋酸纤维素进行消解,空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定三醋酸纤维素中铜和铁的含量,测定条件为:光谱通带为0.4nm、灯电流为3.0mA、燃烧器高度为6.0mm、乙炔流量为2.0L·min-1。结果表明,测定样品中铜和铁含量分别为1.15、5.63μg.g-1。该法的加标回收率在97.0%—100.6%范围内,相对标准偏差均小于1.0%。适用于三醋酸纤维素中铜和铁的质量控制和样品系统分析。

Abstract:The copper and iron in cellulose triacetate were digested with microwave under the condition of temperature of 150℃and power of 800W with nitric acid and determined by air-C2H2 flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The optimal conditions were spectral bandwidth of 0.4nm,the current of lamp of 3.0mA,burner height of 6.0mm and the acetylene flow of 2.0L·min~(-1).The contents of copper and iron in cellulose triacetate are 1.15μg·g~(-1) and 5.63μg·g~(-1) respectively.The standard adding recovery is in the range of 97.0%-100.6%.The relative standard deviation is less than 1.0%.The method fully suited to control the contents of copper and iron in cellulose triacetate and was used in the analysis of sample system with good results.
