摘    要:利用傅立叶变换理论研究了激光以任意角度入射平面透射光栅的夫琅和费衍射,通过分析衍射图像的相对光强分布,得到了零级和各级明纹中心位置与入射激光信息之间的关系以及明纹缺级情况。提出了通过增加光阑限制入射角范围,能够仅提取零级和正负一级明纹中心位置坐标,进行数据处理后反向推导出了入射激光的波长和方向与明纹位置的关系,进而获得了计算入射激光参数的方法。根据计算结果提出了采用CCD观测衍射图像、利用高速信号处理数据系统的样机设计方案。在对样机各类参数进行了论证的基础上,推算了样机性能。

Abstract:In this paper, Fraunhofer diffraction ruless of planetransmission grating brought by random incidence Laser was studied. Distributing of comparative light intensity was analyzed, and relation of bright brand's location and incidence Laser's information was achieved. By data processing, It was achieved that method of found parameter of Laser. On this base, design of prototype machine was brought forward. In this design, observation by CCD, Collection of high speed signal processing by SCM. By argument of instruction's parameters, capability of prototype machine was figured.
