Space charge around conductors at high potential in magnetoplasma

Summary We discuss the effect of a magnetic field on the structure of the space charge region around very highly charged bodies in the ionosphere. Deductions are obtained for the values of current collected by such bodies for the ionospheric plasma. Post doctoral fellow from International Centre for Theoretical Physics, Trieste, Italy.
