| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人工髋关节置换手术合并症的预防。方法 回顾140例人工髋关节置换病例，对手术技术和合并症进行总结。结果 出现合并症者23例，无术后感染闰例。结论 为减少合并症，术前要认真阅读X线片，正确选择手术切口、假体固定方法，准确固定假体。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore prevention of operative complications of THR. Methods 140 cases underwent and THR operative techniques and complications were reviewed. Results Complications were presented in 23 cases, no postoperative infection. Conclusion In order to reduce complications, we must carefully study the roentgenogram in the preoperation, correct select oprative approach and fixation method and fix component exactly. |
