Structure Determination of N⁶-, 9-and 7-Acyladenines by ¹H- and ¹³C-NMR Spectroscopy of Solids and in Solution . Adenine (1) reacts with carboxylic acid anhydrides or chlorides 2 to yield the acyladenine isomers 3–5 . The isomeric structures were determined by ³³C- and ¹H-NMR spectroscopy in solution and by solid-state ¹³C-NMR spectroscopy.
