辛酸蔗糖酯的超声合成、性能及应用

摘    要:研究了超声技术促进蔗糖的酰化反应, 考察了反应温度、时间和催化剂等对反应的影响, 当蔗糖与辛酸乙酯的物质的量比为2∶1, 反应温度为70 ℃, 催化剂为(占辛酸乙酯质量分数)11%和反应压力为11 kPa的条件下, 超声反应2 h, 能高产率地获得辛酸蔗糖酯, 且产物的单酯化物含量达92%. 产物的结构经IR, 1H NMR和MS确证, 同时测定了产物的溶解性、亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)和热稳定性; 研究了辛酸蔗糖酯在织物的抗菌整理上的应用, 结果显示对金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的抑菌效果(抑菌率为70%), 但对大肠杆菌无抑制作用.

Abstract:Sucrose octanoate was synthesized by the transesterification of sucrose with ethyl octanoate under ultrasound irradiation in good yield (75%). The optimum reaction conditions for this transesterification were identified as follows: the molar ratio of sucrose and ethyl octanoate was 2:1, reaction temperature was 70 ℃, ultrasonic reaction time was 2 h, the quantity of catalyst accounted for ethyl octanoate was 11%, and the reactor pressure was 11 kPa. The sucrose octanoate isolated by column chromatography had a higher percentage of monoesters (92%) and a lower content of diesters. The monoester was identified by ~1H NMR and MS techniques. The sucrose octanoate has good solubility in polar solvent and higher thermal stability, and the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value is 10.8. The antibacterial characterization and laundry resistance of antibacterial finishing of cotton fabrics with sucrose octanoate were tested on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The results showed that the compound had good antibacterial activity and the inhibiting efficiency was 70% aganist Staphylococcus aureus and still remained 48% after washing once. But the compound has no effect on E. coli.
