含裂粘补结构胶层剪应力的计算

摘    要:提出了一种计算含裂粘补结构胶层剪应力的新方法。采用有限元计算补片的影响系数,使用已有解析解计算蒙皮的影响系数。利用位移协调条件,列出有限多组联立方程。解出含裂粘补结构胶层剪应力。计算结果较好的反映了含裂粘补结构胶层剪应力的实际变化趋势,该方法同样可应用于其他结构如高梯度基膜复合材料剪应力的计算。

Abstract:A new method is developed to determine the shear stress between cracked panel and the patch which mends the crack of the panel. The Finite Element Method is employed to compute the influential coefficients of the patch while achieved formulas are applied to calculate the influential coefficients of the panel. By using the condition of displacement harmony, the shear stress is gained by solving a truncated set of simultaneous equation. The results of the example not only show that the method in this paper is effective and convenient, but have a good agreement with the tendency of the shear stress. The method can also be applied to analyze the shear stress of some other special structures such as high gradient base film composite matrix.
