In-vivo fluorescence molecular tomography based on optimal small animal surface reconstruction

Accurate small animal surface reconstruction is important for full angle non-contact fluorescence molecular tomography(FMT) systems.In this letter,an optimal surface reconstruction method for FMT is proposed.
